One of my all-time favourites: "Tears in rain" scene in Blade Runner.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

I like these types of threads...
A few that stand out in my mind would be..
Anything from this movie..especially the shotgun up the a** scene...or the dog collar scene made me laugh out loud.
Evil Dead 2 has sooo many memorable moments , theres not one I can really pin down as my favorite...although the "whos laughing now?" scene is definitely memorable.
This scene from the first Feast film..if you have never watched Feast I would definitely recommend it.
The "Baby Toss" scene in the second installment of Feast left my jaw dropped...nicely done.
And of course the scene of Ledger sitting around the table with Gothams crime syndicate was very cool to see as well...seriousLY.
Lots of other movies the dredge around in my skull daily.

I'll see your chestburster scene Alien '79, and raise you Jaws, summer of '75...at the drive-in. let me repeat that last part...AT THE DRIVE-IN. lol.
-it was the coolest. the proprietors were fully aware of the body smuggling that went on(yes, in those days people would hide in the trunk to save some moolah.) In order to combat this, what they would do is, every other week, just charge like $10 per car load. though they never once busted anyone out for the smuggling that did take place. very cool people.
the scene that made me jump, that I still remember, was when Hooper went to investigate the boat, and the severed head lurched out at him making him drop the evidence...of a large Carcharodon carcharias.
-last move I saw, at that very same drive-in, was Waterworld summer '95. right after that...the long time running drive in shut down...still closed to this day. bawbawbaw.

Fox's epic bullet bending suicide in Wanted.
It was a happy-sad moment.

The scene in "Night of the Living Dead" where a zombie expectantly reaches through a boarded up window, the whole audience literally jumped in their seats.
EDIT: It was a midnight showing and most were probably either drunk or stoned, or both.

When the alien mothership finally got nuked in Independence Day!
Watching the doctor guy in SAW, literally sawing his foot off to go back to his wife and kid. (very hard to watch that part while trying to eat)

"There is more to life than being really, really, really rediculously good looking, and I intend to find out what that is. Thank you." - Zoolander
"Tyler, my eyes are open. *BANG*" - Fight Club
So many good lines from Snatch that I can't pick one.
Every scene involving the Joker in the Dark Night is amazing.
Every scene involving Hannibal Lectare in Silence of the Lambs is amazing
Ill think of more later.

Deliverance held a few horror points in it. I was way young back then and the "Man on Man" closet door was shut tight back then... meaning it was a hushed topic.
"Boy you got a pretty mouth you gunna do some praying for me and you better pray good"
"Squeal like a pig"
Ned was typed cast after the scene Ekk
also the Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark.
When he shoots the sword swinging guy lots of cheers on that one

"My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion."

Lucky Number Slevin
Great movie and many good lines, but here are two of them:
Slevin: I'm sorry, who are you?
The Boss: I'm The Boss.
Slevin: I thought he was The Boss.
The Boss: Why? Do we look alike? So you were gonna tell me something?
Slevin: I don't know, you brought me here.
The Boss: Yes. But back when you thought I was him.
Slevin: I didn't think you were him, I thought he was you. And I was trying to tell him - you that you picked up the wrong guy.
The Boss: The wrong guy for what?
Slevin: Whatever it is you wanna see me about.
The Boss: Do you know what I wanna see you about?
Slevin: No.
The Boss: Then how do you know I got the wrong guy?
Slevin: Cause I'm not...
The Boss: Maybe I want to give you $96,000. In that case do I still have the wrong guy?
Slevin: Do you wanna give me $96,000?
The Boss: No, do you wanna give me $96,000?
Slevin: No, should I?
The Boss: I don't know, should you?
Slevin: I don't know, should I?
The Boss: [pause] Long story - short.
Slevin: I think we're well passed that.
The Boss: I bet it was that mouth that got you that nose.
Slevin: Okay, I'm under the impression that you're under the impression that I owe you $96,000...?
The Boss: No, you owe Slim Hopkins $96,000. You owe Slim, Slim owes me. You owe me.
and shortly after this:
The Boss: [shows Slevin the body of Slim in his freezer] Hey, Slim! You know this cat? Slim!
[turns to Slevin]
The Boss: No use. Ever since somebody shot him, old Slim went deaf.
Slevin: What happened to make Slim go deaf?
The Boss: Why?
Slevin: Well, because I owe you $96,000, and I may have a slight problem coming up with the money.
The Boss: Oh, okay. Well, why don't we just make it an even 90?
Slevin: I... may have exaggerated the slightness.
